- Thirty minutes. That is enough time to walk a real job from quote to dispatch to a signed daily ticket to an invoice. If you want to go deeper on inventory, equipment kits, or QuickBooks mapping, we book a second session.
- Who runs the demo?
- Someone from The Key Bot, the Arlington, Texas company that builds Traffic OS. You are talking to the team that writes the software, not a call-center SDR reading a script.
- Do I need to prepare anything?
- It helps to bring one real job and one of your current paper or PDF daily tickets. We rebuild them live in Traffic OS so you are looking at your own work, not a canned sandbox.
- Is there any cost or credit card required to book?
- No. The demo is free and no payment details are collected to schedule it.
- Can I skip the demo and just sign up?
- Yes. Traffic OS is self-serve — pick a plan on the pricing page and your workspace is provisioned as soon as checkout completes. The demo exists for buyers who want to see it working first.
- What time zone are the demo times shown in?
- Central Time (America/Chicago). Every open slot on the booking calendar is displayed in Central; the calendar invite you receive will convert to your local time automatically.
