Traffic OS (operated by The Key Bot) provides field-operations software to traffic-control, barricade, and lane-closure companies. With your consent, we and the companies that use our platform send transactional text messages to your mobile number. By providing your mobile number you agree to these terms.
What messages you'll receive
Messages are operational and account-related — not marketing. They include:
- Account and teammate invitations (set-up links)
- Job, field-ticket, and dispatch notifications
- Crew “on the way” and arrival alerts
- Invoice and payment-link notices
How you opt in
You consent to receive these messages when you provide your mobile number to a company using Traffic OS — either when your employer adds you during account setup and you accept the invitation, or when you give your number to a business so it can send you job and billing notifications. Consent is collected at the point your number is entered and is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the company you work with or buy from. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Traffic OS does not charge you for receiving these messages.
Opt out & help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@thekeybot.com.
Privacy
Your mobile number and your SMS consent are used only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
