Pricing FAQ

How much does Traffic OS cost?+

Traffic OS has three flat-tier plans: Starter is $499.00/mo with 2 admins + 8 drivers included, Pro is $949.00/mo with 5 admins + 20 drivers included, and Enterprise is $1499.00/mo with 10 admins + 50 drivers included. Each tier covers the full feature set; the difference between tiers is the included seat count.

What if I need more drivers than my plan includes?+

Additional drivers are $20.00/mo per seat. Additional admin seats are $40.00/mo. You can add or remove seats month-to-month from the customer portal after signup.

Are there usage-based fees on top of the monthly plan?+

No usage fees on the core platform. Optional integrations bill separately: Stripe Connect charges the standard Stripe processing fee on payments collected through the customer portal; QuickBooks Online sync requires a QuickBooks subscription billed by Intuit; Square payments charge Square's processing fee. There are no per-job, per-customer, or per-ticket fees from Traffic OS.

Is there a contract or commitment?+

Traffic OS is month-to-month. Cancel from the customer portal anytime; your account stays active through the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I switch tiers later?+

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the customer portal at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current cycle; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
